Heather graduated from Illinois State University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies. She takes the lead with our new client outreach and is insurance licensed to handle the life, disability income, & long-term care insurance needs of our clients. She also assists with paperwork & a number of service-related items.
