Biography

Heather joined the Falstad & Associates staff in 2018 and fills a variety of roles. She strives to improve our communication processes to spark action and increase satisfaction, both internally and externally. Heather is typically the first person to engage with prospective clients to help set expectations and put them at ease. Along with her fellow teammates, she helps onboard new clients to ensure their first experiences with the Falstad & Associates Team are positive and clear.

In addition to helping new and prospective clients, Heather facilitates all the Life Insurance, Disability Income Insurance, and Long-Term Care Insurance business generated by the office. She maintains her Life & Health Insurance Producer licenses in addition to Property/Casualty.

While Heather assists with paperwork and numerous service-related items, she enjoys growing into her new Marketing role to help new clients find us and improve our visibility.

Heather has grown up swimming in Bloomington-Normal most of her life. For years she taught swim lessons at Rob Knight's Swim America and swam for Normal Community West High School. She went on to graduate with honors from Illinois State University with a Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies, emphasizing Organizational Leadership. Heather serves the community with her Rotary International club and enjoys polishing her speaking and leadership skills with Toastmasters International.

In her free time, Heather loves spending time with her husband, Corey, and staying active. When she is not walking her dogs around the neighborhood, Heather loves to cook, eat, and travel.
