Joshua Brooks, CFP®

Biography

Josh is another CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in our office to help you realize your dreams. Aside from meeting with household clients, Josh enjoys guiding business owners to company retirement plans that advance their business goals and support their employee retention efforts.

Josh was born and raised in Mahomet, Illinois before graduating with honors from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Once experiencing financial planning as a client himself, Josh realized he wanted to help others engineer their own financial plans. 

Since joining the Falstad & Associates Team in 2021, Josh has earned his Series 66 and Series 7 securities licenses and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional designation. These certifications allow him to offer a wide array of services and products that meet the needs and desires of our clients.

In his non-professional life, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Sirena, and two young sons: Emmett and Owen. He is an avid runner who loves the outdoors, traveling, and woodworking. Josh is also an active member of Rotary International.
